David Carlos is a certified BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line of Sight) Level 1 Complex Pilot (L1C) and instructor specializing in contract operations.

If you've got the equipment, but not the certification, I bridge the gap and help you maximize your platform's range and capability without the headache of getting your own team certified from scratch.

Equipment and Capability

I can also provide the RPA hardware with high resolution thermal and RGB capability necessary for high precision missions on short notice. The RPA/drone platforms are built for the exact kind of long-range complex operations you may need.

Our readily available RPAS equipment has a book range of 25KM  with relay station employed. 

Note BVLOS operations are for low risk flights with restrictions we observe at all times.

Operational Support

In addition, I provide fully trained flight crew support including certified Visual observers (VO) to ensure your Extended and/or BVLOS operations are safe and reliable at all times. 

VAP operations are Transport Canada licensed and insured with up to $5 Million in liability coverage providing you with full operational security for all contract engagements.
